Very good soup!
Should indicate a degree of spiciness. I'm very sensitive, I wouldn't have been able to eat the soup without bread to neutralize it. So I can't say much about the taste.

Very fine, rather expensive
Restrained taste; a little shirodashi helps to improve the taste.
On the other hand, the instructions for reheating in the microwave are incorrect; to get the soup reasonably warm, it needs to be heated for around 4 minutes at 650 W.
