I used to love this salad, but the quality of the shrimp has gone way down. The shrimp used to be tender. Now, the shrimp are always dry and hard. It's really not nice to have hard shrimp in a shrimp cocktail. The quality has become too poor for the high price.... we no longer buy this product.
