Very good but a little dry around the edges
My favorite for years. The ideal flavorful combination of onions, bacon, cheese and crème fraîche. And just the right size for my Airfryer.
I love eating it. Again and again. I also freeze it if I don't need it quickly.

The taste was not like tarte flambée. More like onion pizza.
