A delight on your plate
They suited us! More sophisticated than "normal" pasta. But I could never cook them as briefly as recommended. Cooking them for longer didn't harm the trofie, they were still compact. On the contrary, the sauce stuck to them even better.
These "fresh" pastas from Garafalo are already a hit - all of them, in fact. And the trofie are no exception.

Trofie pasta is especially good topped with pesto, with which it binds perfectly.
