Increased energy costs, high labor costs in Switzerland, etc. have made the German owner decide to give up the location in Switzerland. Especially as the margins for "cheap drinks" are low anyway and nobody would understand or accept a price increase.

The rising prices in the procurement market for raw materials (sugar), packaging materials (pet, lids) and production costs are currently a major challenge. Electricity and gas prices in particular have risen dramatically, and these higher energy costs are making transportation and the manufacture of almost all products more expensive. Migros is forced to pass on some of these additional costs to its customers. At the same time, however, we have also been able to make savings across the entire value chain. Probably not for a while... the manufacturer (Bad Zurzacher Quelle) is bankrupt or has ceased operations
Aunt Google helped me out, I didn't know that Zurzacher Quelle generated 80% of its turnover with soft drinks, fruit juices for Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl, for its own brands such as M-Budget, Prix Garantie.

I would like to get some information. Are alcohol or alcohol-based substances used in the production process?
Is the product labeled with E-numbers? Does the product contain animal ingredients or is there any contact with animal substances during production?
