Excellent non-alcoholic aperitif drink, reminiscent of the Canada Dry that used to be available. Here's a personal experience: I drank a whole 500ml bottle with ice twice and woke up at night with a slight headache. In the morning I no longer had a headache. I have now found sulphur dioxide/sulphites in the ingredients that are listed in writing in the product description but not on the bottles, without specifying the concentration. These additives are permitted in all alcoholic beverages for stabilization and shelf life. They can cause headaches, asthma and other complaints in sensitive people. I therefore recommend that aperitif drinks should generally be consumed in moderation and not by the liter, even if they do not appear to contain any additives that are harmful to health. The ginger doesn't come through enough. And the sour taste is not perfectly balanced with the spiciness.
