I was very surprised to receive crêpes with the words "defrosted" on the packet, when nothing is indicated on the site at the time of purchase.

They're really not very good... they're extremely brittle, with a slight taste of sugar, so they're not very good for savoury crêpes. They become very greasy and ultra-soft if reheated a little.
