Very tasty, not too thick and gets crispy
So I wouldn't describe it as fully crimped... unless you like a much too small and thick pizza. But rolled out thinly, it fills almost an entire baking tray and makes a wonderfully crispy pizza!
Good pizza dough, needs a little more manual work than others (rolled out smaller)
