Delicate good
This Black Forest gateau is okay but unfortunately a little too dry and has little flavor
It used to be better with the chocolate mousse. Too bad it has candied cherries in it.
More expensive than the whole cake
Very good. The amount of cream is also very good. However, I think it could do with a few more cherries soaked in Kirsch (ideally whole). The fruit would lighten and so would the extra Kirsch.
