This tart is delicious. Refreshing, tasty, with a good balance between fruit and debatto.
An excellent point: the tart is suitable for vegetarians ( ovo-lacto-vegetarians). (Our artisan baker unfortunately uses lard to prepare his dough 😭 and some of his fellow bakers still use animal-based gelatine rather than pectin😖).
Was rhubarb tart! Super good!
