Good almond flavour, baked as recommended: gives a crunch. However, on one side the purée didn't reach the kerb.
Since the apple version can't be commented on, I'll do it here: 2 purchases, 2 times the bean is in the middle! It's stupid when you have to cut slices! Really not smart pastry chefs!
A pleasure for young and old alike, whether with family or friends, with a sparkling wine as a drink.
It's a pity that you systematically place the figurine in the center of the cake, because when you cut the portions, you inevitably pass through the center and come up against the figurine, without there being any "suspense"...
