Gluten-free bread is always very dry, so if you could refine the recipe, that would be brilliant.

Delicious, but it's just a shame that these breads aren't also available fresh...
I think each roll is the perfect size for a small sandwich or as a side dish to a (thon) salad. Quick to prepare and filling.

Practically the only roll to go (without baking) that is gluten-free... unfortunately
It keeps very well, the taste is a little lacking.
