Personally, I find them much too crunchy. As a sandwich, they hurt my mouth quite a bit.

Good flavor for gluten-free bread. Cannot be stored for longer than 6 hours after baking. Becomes inedible.
Our grandchild also likes to have some bread to eat.
Dry and bland, all your pre-baked aha breads are far too expensive for their non-existent quality.
