Unfortunately, the Zöpfli are not edible. After baking, the inside remains partially raw and sticky. The taste also takes some getting used to. I had hoped for more!

Unsatisfactory taste. Unpleasant texture. You can tell it's gluten-free.
So that gluten-intolerant people can join in the weekend brunch!
A little dry and too little air
Quite ok, unfortunately regular, doughy/slushy inside. Probably not quite flawless in production.
