The Semeli are too gummy and doughy has milk in it and is made with wheat flour is not good does not even have gluten free buns get stomach ache from the buns I need gluten free buns hamburger buns and of course without milk brings the in migros werhre also good for other customers .
Rather dry, but tastes great!
