In principle very good, except at the beginning of December when the bread was in action and had not risen regularly and part of it was very compact, but the taste is still excellent.

Delicious. We always have it sliced in the freezer as an emergency stock.
It would actually be a very good bread (wholemeal flour, sourdough) but I've never seen it anywhere in a bread display, although there would be dozens available in the store according to the app (Oensingen, Herzogenbuchsee)...
I don't buy unhealthy white bread without sourdough...
