is there yeast in it? no sourdough flavor. keeps well. delicious when toasted. really dark with a slight sourdough flavor would be great. this way it's more like 0815 dark wheat bread. on sale.

Very tasty bread, similar in consistency to a German mixed bread.
It has a spicy, sour taste and keeps wonderfully fresh for several days.
