Good but very expensive
Still warm when I bought it. I took it out of the packet straight away. That's why it stayed really crispy until the end (2 1/2 days), but not dry!
This bread is awesome. Crispy, long-lasting, dark flour, organic. Unfortunately not available in my store. I discovered it by chance in Zurich Schwamendingen. Can this bread not be included in the usual range?

On Saturday 27.9.25 Art.7 623186 697609, it seems to us that it is not baked enough, consistency is not good, the shape of the bread is different, anything but enjoyment, we are very disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic bread, which is still edible even after 3 days. SUPER Migros for having such a great bread on offer.
