A wonderful bread, stays fresh and crispy for a long time, I buy it again and again.
I no longer like the store-bought sourdough breads. The sourness is extremely pungent, but they don't stay fresh any longer.

Too bad, I was looking forward to tasting it. The crust was there, but the crumb wasn't cooked, the dough was sticky and it didn't taste like a Hercule. I didn't finish it.
A nice bread, but no comparison to the original! Where is the delicious crust?
