It's very similar to the Italian version, super delicious.
We think Ciabatta bread is very good, but in comparison, "Pain d'autrefois" is better and dries more slowly...
Bought in Ticino. Too bad not in German-speaking Switzerland!
The energy seems to have increased, the bread was just not cooked, it leaves a strong sticky trace on the knife

Hard the day after purchase, even after putting it in a bread tin.
Fine and crispy
As I don't bake my own bread in summer because of the heat, I wanted to give organic ciabatta another chance after three years. Unfortunately - as back then - it was disappointing: for me, it has nothing to do with a real ciabatta. Not crispy, dry and completely bland in taste. Unfortunately not my cup of tea at all.
