Good and cheap
Great for fondue
If it's eaten in two days, it's great. Otherwise, the bread hardens quite quickly, no matter which way you wrap it.

somewhat short shelf life... Either quickly hard or quickly moldy
Unfortunately one of the few breads available in the evening and sometimes dry, I think it was baked again or the dough was not kneaded properly...nevertheless a good bread.
