The Rustico toast disappeared from the range, like so much else, unfortunately. This toast is huge and soggy and no substitute. I'm very unhappy with the change.

Very good taste and especially the size of the slices: larger than 'normal' toast but just right so that it still fits in the toaster. It keeps for a long time and it's great that it's 'only' half a loaf. I wish it could be a little darker or have more wholemeal content...

Is the addition of sugar really necessary?

The bread is a little dry, but it keeps well. It has the advantage of being alcohol-free, which is why I take this one rather than another.
Favorite toast.
