I like the taste and the macros, but I have bought some bags and some of them developed mold very quickly (it's very rare, but it has happened to me a few times).
I really like the toast—it's soft, moist, and high in protein. It's especially good when toasted. However, it goes moldy too often and too quickly for me. Once opened, I don't know whether I or the mold will finish the package faster...
Not as durable once open
too artificial in taste
4.1gr. more protein for a price premium of more than 60% over "regular" toast. That's not "high protein", it's just "high price". This kind of marketing and misleading of customers should be banned.
good for salmon when toasted
