The packaging is perfectly fine for the product, with plastic on the inside and cardboard on the outside, because as a customer I don't want to pull broken crispbread from the supermarket shelf or from my shopping bag at home.
Very few people think of this when they criticize this packaging as excessive.
Light and pleasant texture. Slightly bitter taste... Could it contain saponins (from quinoa) or phytic acid?
