This is one of Migros' finest coffee selections, an exquisitely flavored mocha from Peru or Mexico. Choose the appropriate grind for the preparation method: press (Bialetti type) or filter. I don't like capsules. Adding cream to a mocha is a crime, or serve it to your worst enemy. A light addition of sugar and a few drops of rosewater sublimates the aroma, to be added directly to the pot or top of the Italian coffee maker to prevent boiling.
