Good, but too sweet even though it doesn't contain sugar. If you're going to make a healthier ketchup, I would have liked it to be less sweet, especially since it contains an additive whose effects have not yet been scientifically proven. I'll stick with the 50% version, which doesn't contain any sweeteners.
