Before, the tube and the jar were the same, just packaged differently depending on the season. Now I've emptied the last tube and opened the jar and was bitterly disappointed.
This tartar sauce is the best I've found with its great taste and refreshing consistency. Yes, it has a lot of oil, but that is vegetable fat. What you should avoid is animal fat, which many people eat too much of (butter, meat, sausages, cold cuts, etc.). This tartar sauce is a real treat for breakfast on bread, instead of butter which contains over 80% animal fat.

Very satisfied with the taste. The sauce is versatile. I also think the one in the jar is better than the one in the tube. I use the tartar sauce with roast beef as well as meat fondue. I hope that Thomy sauces will be available in jars all year round.
