Is quite okey but has nothing to do with carbonara I like to use it for casseroles for this it is very good
The sauce we bought recently does not have an "optimized recipe" label.
It is too egg-y, too creamy and more reminiscent of a holandaise sauce, and we used milk instead of cream. We do not assume that this has a major impact on the taste and consistency. There was little reminiscent of carbonara.
On a scale of 1 bad - 10 very good, we would give it a 5-6.
Tastes floury and bland.
I won't be buying them again.
