Would be a good product. Clumps very quickly. Use it with a spoon, not over steaming food. This is already my second jar
the quality has remained the same - but the jar is smaller, so the content is also less (now 60 g - previously 64 g): Price increase through the back door... it's only noticeable if you still have an old jar at home

Very good and finely ground. So you can't find it anywhere else
The new lids are quite cumbersome if you want to open them with 1 hand while cooking - but at least the stuff comes out!
