I love this spice.
The "Hot Mix" product looks like a pure, hot spice mix due to the illustration of pepper, garlic and onion. However, when reading the list of ingredients, it is noticeable that functional additives such as sugar or cloves are included. These ingredients change the character of the mix and do not meet my expectations of a "hot mix" spice.
I find it misleading if such additives are not clearly communicated, as consumers expect a simple chilli, onion and garlic mix from the packaging. For me, this makes the product less transparent and less credible.
