Good seasoning for focaccia
Really good! Yes, the specialty salt has its price, but in my opinion it's worth it. Especially if you want to give simple dishes - or dishes with few ingredients - a worthy finish.
The lime note is perhaps a little more dominant on the nose, but combines well with the salty notes on the tongue.
1 star deduction because it is quite lemony. Otherwise very good!
