I use a lot and healthy
It is not as good as fresh turmeric (Curcuma longa) but comes very close. The powder also leaves stains on shelves and kitchen utensils when it comes as a paste. I buy it again and again because it's good and organic.
Turmeric, my anti-inflammatory food supplement. I take it every day.

A spice to have on hand
Good but clumps from time to time! Like the sweet paprika.
Ideal for various drinks
Supposed to be effective against inflammation. Golden milk becomes fine with it.
Must not be missing in any kitchen
