Very good bread, just add water.
Make it in the baking machine with a little buttermilk added, total amount of liquid as indicated. Tastes great!
Very good one of the best ready mixes, also great for camping as bread in the Omia (baking tin for on the stove) or stick bread.
Not usable, everything sticks
my baking instructions say 3.3 - 3.5 dl water ???
We only bake this and make our own seeds to go with it

I made a mistake. I actually just wanted to buy Ruch flour. I baked it and am disappointed. No crust formation, rubbery and boring aroma. No thanks.
