For me, this has been the best wholemeal flour for years, aromatic and finer ground than other wholemeal flours, making it much more versatile. It is completely incomprehensible that it has recently been taken out of the range in large Migros stores such as Spiez, as well as organic wholemeal rye flour. Back please!
