An excellent, chemical-free blend for perfect gluten-free bread. Too bad it's become a rare product in Migros stores!
I was skeptical when I read in the instructions that I had to shape/spread the loaf on the baking paper with wet hands... But: the bread is absolutely delicious, moist on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, has flavor and is simply great!
I won't be buying any more of this shit - for the foxes
