The best spelt flour! I use it for everything as a substitute for wheat flour (wheat intolerance). Cookies, cheese gnocchi, omelets, pizza, waffle batter, cakes, etc. Everything turns out so delicious!
Great for baking but expensive. I don't understand why spelt flour is so expensive in Switzerland. In Germany, you can get organic quality for $1.95.
