Very practical. Perhaps a little more expensive than canned mushrooms. But I find they give more flavor and give off less water. Excellent for storage.
Too bad they're no longer available in our shrinking Migros.
From now on, I'll be buying them from the orange competition, who stock them in their supermarket in our town, which is smaller than the Migros.
Add good flavor to risotto
