We like to eat vegetable millet soup.
It's just a shame that the origin has been changed to a European country further away than the previous one. This food is very suitable for cooking as an alternative to traditional starchy foods (start cooking from cold or hot, depending on preference).

I have tried it but I like rice better. It also takes a long time for the millet to have clear water when it is washed. There are also dark hard shells or something in the millet.

Not too fine millet, ideal for me as the fine millet quickly becomes mushy
