I have been eating these rösti regularly since my childhood, they were always very tasty and one of my favorite dishes. But unfortunately the rösti haven't tasted good for about a year now. They have a watery taste, the potatoes are floury and stick together like mashed potato. The rösti used to be tasty and you could fry them until crispy. Tried several packs, but none of them were any good.... What a shame, I won't be buying any more... either the potato has been replaced with a really bad one or the recipe has been changed...
Terrible, new recipe! Was always good. Unfortunately not anymore! Very watery! Last pack was even just mushy!
