Even cooked, it keeps its crunchiness
unfortunately only available in organic
Why reach for products from far away* when they are also available from nearby? White quinoa, labeled "From the region", is available even in small Migros stores - but unfortunately not yet visible on Migipedia. Can this be made up for? If so, thank you in advance *Possibly because these products a) are available in larger packs, b) cost less and c) are more visually appealing. All true.
The price is questionable compared to other products, but let's see how it regulates itself! It is a mass product from South America. (but probably not too many will buy it regularly)
My favorite quinoa!

"In eastern Switzerland and in the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, 15 producers are growing quinoa on just under 15 hectares this year." The harvest volume will not be sufficient - also due to the bad weather: "Manor already showed interest last year. The Migros cooperatives in Vaud and Aare and the Coop supplier Sunray are also waiting for Swiss quinoa." Demand is high: "We would therefore like to expand the areas and quantities." https://www.schweizerbauer.ch/pflanzen/spezialkulturen/nischenkulturen-stossen-auf-anklang-29707.html
