We really liked the sausages. They have a very spicy, slightly peppery and smoky flavor. In terms of consistency, they are rather compact and dry out relatively quickly if fried for too long. However, they are a great source of protein with a little sauce or in a dish.
They are also great for emergency stocks, as they keep for ages and last well beyond the best-before date.
