Very good for risotto. However, the cooking time is longer than stated (25 minutes).
Surprisingly good rice, remains firm to the bite, but not hard on the inside and doesn't overcook. Top!

It is a suitable rice for making risotto. You have to be careful about cooking otherwise it becomes glue. The end result after cooking is very good.
