Absolutely amazing!!! With almond milk. No sugar. Perfect.
I think it's great! Perhaps you could mention more prominently that the product is made from waste from beer production. I think that's the main USP of the product, and it's only mentioned in very small print on the back.
I am thrilled! I really like the typical barley malt taste (as in other products made from barley spent grains). The individual flakes are smaller and soften more quickly in yoghurt (and other liquids) than other cereal flakes. They are something between flakes and flakes. I have enjoyed them in natural yoghurt with pieces of dried persimmon. (Dried) apples would also go well as a fruity, sweet component. Personally, I don't care about the proteins and unfortunately the name probably only drives up the price.
Good variety. Nevertheless, it's a shame that in some stores the soy flakes have had to make way for them. Ironically, the soy flakes are not only significantly cheaper, but also have a higher protein content than these new protein flakes.
