We tried them for the first time and they have a great bite and don't get mushy.

They taste good, but I didn't read that you have to pre-cook them, so they were still far too hard and too thick. For the price, I'll make the dough myself next time.

Despite pre-cooking, still hard after 1.5 hours in the oven.
Very good product. I boiled the pasta in salted water for 6 minutes beforehand. After 40 minutes in the oven (the first 30 minutes covered), the cannelloni were perfect.
Unfortunately, they were not soft enough when baking.
