I was skeptical at first, thinking pasta is pasta... but I was proven wrong. I made a salad with tomatoes, onions and garlic with oil and vinegar. It turned out to be a special, delicious salad! At the upper end of the price range. The packaging promises a specialty. I extended the cooking time.
Since our vacation in Sardinia, our daughter has been addicted to it. This "pasta variation" brings variety to everyday life and can also be used as a soup garnish.
