A classic. When you tear it open, the kitchen immediately smells like grandma's secret weapon for baking. Into the batter, on top of the cream, over the strawberries - it always works. You can't really do anything wrong. Except, of course, if you confuse it with baking powder. Not that this has happened to me. Of course not. Never.... Really not 🫢
