Hello, how often are you asked to do a random check when you do subito self-scanning? I'm annoyed because I have to do random checks (too) often. I have to say that I have been doing my shopping this way for many years and have never had a single complaint. At Coop, where I also shop, I've only been checked once in all these years. Perhaps the random checks could be reprogrammed so that more customers who haven't scanned correctly are asked to do a random check. That would then also be an incentive for them to always scan properly.
