Hello everyone. I have bought blood and liver sausages and now I am unable to cook them at the weekend. And they won't keep until next week. Can I freeze them? Would be glad for help... Thank you already🙂

Freezing is fine, I would just do it today before they are even older. And defrost slowly, e.g. put it in the fridge the night before you plan to cook it, then it will defrost slowly and the fridge will also be cooled😁
