When will the new original spelt plait be baked in the mold on the shelves of 9500 Wil SG?

Thank you for your interest. I have good news for you: The people responsible for our bread range are working on the development of a new original spelt plait. We can't tell you at the moment when this will be available in our stores. Best regards, Brigitte

It's already available in SG St. Fiden. It was in the magazine yesterday. And 2-3 weeks ago it was already announced in the magazine

So, now I've posted it today in 9500 Wil - the new original spelt plait in the mold! It's terrific and a big, big praise that Migros has finally managed to bring a pure spelt plait into the range! I received it still warm and tried it straight away at home. Simply delicious. As it is baked in the tin, the sides are a little pale, but you could change that by taking the plait out of the tin and baking it for the last 10 minutes. Now I can't wait to see how it tastes tomorrow Sunday. Thank you!

It's really great that there is a pure original spelt plait. I've seen that the stores that don't have an in-house bakery also have one, but it's not baked in the mold. It is therefore flatter and looks like a normal plait. Wouldn't it be possible for home bakeries to dispense with baking in the tin (in my opinion, this makes the plait too high and therefore too soft on the inside)? It would be "chüstier" and easier to digest if there wasn't so much of the soft part.

Hello indios, thank you very much for your message. How nice that you are happy about the original spelt plait! I've been happy to pass on your suggestions for improvement to the area managers. Kind regards, Tabea
