I appreciated the welcome following a small complaint on my part. On August 11, I went to the Migros in Onex to do some shopping and took the opportunity to buy some underwear that was 40% cheaper, except that the promotion, although displayed, had expired the day before. I was kindly offered a discount, which turned out not to be correct, but I didn't insist as it was very busy. On Thursday August 13, I went to customer service to explain the situation, saying that the discount I had received was not correct. I was met by a very pleasant and friendly advisor who immediately tried to resolve this small problem with great professionalism. Many thanks
